What is Tech4Growth?
More than just a conference, Tech4Growth is a transformative platform that explores the crucial role of partnership in scaling and innovating businesses.
Through captivating, pair presentations by start-ups and corporates, participants gain valuable insights into company strategies, the art of collaboration, different forms of partnerships, challenges encountered, as well as successful approaches to implementing win-win alliances.

Our mission is to drive ground breaking technologies and disruptive innovation solutions through strategic alliances. By uniting diverse tech business stakeholders, we spark opportunities for collaboration and fuel the growth of both start-up as well as corporates.
From intimate, sector-specific gatherings to cross-industry conference
The Tech4Growth was originally a partnership workshop series launched in 2018. Initially, these workshops were designed to be intimate gatherings of start-up founders and executives from large corporations, with the goal of facilitating the exchange of best practices and mutual support.
Through the exploration of theoretical frameworks, case studies, and peer-to-peer problem-solving, participants from both sides were able to gain a deeper understanding of each other’s organizational structures, decision-making processes, and company cultures.
The workshop series was founded by Lan Zuo Gillet from EPFL Innovation Park, with the support of Raphaël Rollier from Swisstopo, Nicolas Loeillot from CSS and Massimo Lucchina from Amazon WebServices.
The partnering workshop series has been lauded for its original and pragmatic approach. Since 2021, it gained recognition and
support from the Swiss Innovation Agency as one of the national “TFV – Networking Events Series.
From 2021 to 2022, we successfully conducted this network event series in a hybrid format across four industrial verticals: Health, Industry 4.0, Finance, and Energy. Since 2023, Tech4growth has become a cross industry, large scale conference about partnership and a national speed dating platform for corporates and start-ups to team up with each other to scale respective businesses.
